Vlad Zagranichny is the CEO and Managing Director of ZAG Consulting Group, LLC. Vlad graduated Cum
Laude from Loyola College of Baltimore with double majors in accounting and finance, and a minor in psychology. He is a dedicated professional with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance.
Vlad's professionalism, extensive research, passion, and commitment to client satisfaction are the main
reasons for his success, and the success of ZAG Consulting Group, LLC. In addition, in 2012 Vlad was
voted as one of "Baltimore's Top Accountants", as published in Baltimore SmartCEO magazine.
He currently sits on the board of REXTAR, LLC, a rapidly growing IT company based in Baltimore, MD.
Vlad is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland
Association of Public Accountants (MACPA), and the Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals
(MSATP).
Vlad is the father of one daughter, and one son, and is very active in his community.
